This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.225 of 2025 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent and investigate the same and file the final report expeditiously.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would state that the complaint of the petitioner registered in Crime No.225/2025 on the file of the 3rd respondent has been completed and the case has been referred as 'mistake of fact' and RCS notice in RCS.No.26/2025 has also been served on the petitioner.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed as infructuous.
