This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the learned Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri, to dispose of Spl.S.C.No.51 of 2025 as early as possible.

2. When the matter was taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the case is pending in Spl.S.C.No.51 of 2025 for the offences under sections 5(l) & 6 of the POCSO Act. There are 39 witnesses and charges were framed on 08.10.2025.

3. In view of the above submission, the learned trial Judge/Sessions Judge, Fast Track Mahila Court, Krishnagiri, is directed to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from 05.12.2025.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 11.11.2025 vsi 2/4
