ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking modification of the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP No.16215 of 2025 dated 16.10.2025 on the ground that the petitioner is unable to move out of the house due to her illness.

2. I have gone through the petition. Further, this Court has also directed the respondent to submit a report in this regard and accordingly the respondent has also submitted a report stating that the petitioner was not in a position to walk independently and cannot sign any documents.

3. Considering the same, the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am, for a period of three weeks is modified to the effect that the respondent is at liberty to visit and conduct enquiry, if any required, after serving appropriate summons and time for executing the sureties is also further extended for the period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above observations, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
