ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that, pending this revision, the petitioner and the respondent have amicably settled the issue

among themselves. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent have filed a Memorandum of Compromise dated 28.11.2025, duly signed by the parties and their respective counsel.

2. The learned counsel appearing for both sides submitted that the Criminal revision may be disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Compromise.

3. The Memorandum of Compromise filed by the parties dated 28.11.2025 is taken on record. Accordingly, these Criminal Revision Cases are disposed of in terms of the Memorandum of Compromise filed by the parties. The Memorandum of Compromise dated 28.11.2025 shall form part of the order.

4. Since, the matter has been settled, the complaint given by the defacto complainant and taken on file in STC.Nos.162 & 165 of 2020, on the file of the Additional District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Ambur are dismissed as settled and the accused is acquitted.
