This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 174 days in filing the above Criminal Revision against the Judgment dated 20.12.2024 in C.A.No.04 of 2023 on the file of the District and Sessions, Judge, Tirupattur, Tirupattur District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 174 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
