ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for having committed deliberate and willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court made in W.P.No. 6642 of 2025 dated 25.02.2025. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that while disposing WP.No.6642 of 2025, vide order dated 25.02.2025, this Court had directed the third respondent to conduct enquiry and pass orders to provide adequate police protection to survey the petitioner's land in the manner known to law. Pursuant to the same, the third respondent had given police protection and survey was conducted on 23.12.2025.

3.Recording the above submission, this contempt petition is closed. 06-01-2026 dn
