ORDER

Heard Ms.V.S.Usharani, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.K.Karthekeiyan, learned Government Advocate for respondent.

2. The contempt petition was filed by the petitioner in Cont.P.No.319 of 2025, and the same was closed, after recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate that effective steps had been taken effectively.

3. This Court has earlier directed the respondent, based on the enquiry report submitted by the Committee, to take appropriate Civil or Criminal action against the officials concerned, on the grievance of the petitioner. Despite the report having been issued and assuring that within 30 days remedial steps would be taken, , no steps have been taken till date. Further, the report also has not been forthcoming as indicated in the communication of the respondent and the report submitted by the Committee.

4. In the light of the above, I am inclined to reopen the contempt petition. Accordingly, the Sub Application is allowed.
