ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for disobedience and not compliance of the order of this Court dated 22.05.2025, made in W.P.No.19005 of 2025.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the aforesaid order of this Court, the First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.10 of 2026 for the offences under sections 318(4) and 316(2) of BNS.
