The contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondent for the willful and deliberate disobedience of the orders passed by this Hon'ble court in w.p.no. 33414 of 2024 dated 19.11.2024.

2. It is seen that the petitioner had entered into private negotiations, received the agreed compensation for his land and executed a registered sale deed.
