ORDER

This Court has passed the following order in the writ petition: '3. Instead of granting a Mandamus, a direction is issued to the first respondent to examine the petitioner's appointment order, as forwarded by the second respondent-school and carefully examine the relevant records. If it is found that the petitioner was not properly appointed, pass appropriate orders, taking into account

the irregularity for fraudulent aspect of the appointment, otherwise grant necessary relief as sought in the representation.'

2. The first respondent has passed an order dated 11.03.2026 wherein it has been stated as follows:

"NOW THEREFORE in obedient compliance with the orders of the Hon'ble High Court in W.P.No.5637 of 2025 filed by Thiru.G.Balakrishnan, Puducherry requesting to appoint him as Trained Graduate Teacher under Grant-in-aid scheme as carefully examined and he could not be appointed because he did not possess Diploma in Teacher Education the eligibility educational criteria specified in the Recruitment Rules for the post of Primary School Teacher. When Thiru.G.Balakrishnan was not eligible for engaging as Primary School Teacher, there is no question for his absorption / promotion as Trained Graduate Teacher. In view of the reasons stated above paragraphs, the request of Thiru.G.Balakrishnan is hereby negated."
