O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is prosecuted for failure of the respondents to comply with the order dated 29.10.2024 in W.P.No.13776 of 2020 passed by the Court.

2. When this Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that, pursuant to the directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the respondents have preferred a Review Application, which has been numbered as Rev.Appl.No.121 of 2026 in W.A.No.3695 of 2025.

3. In view of the filing of the Review Application pursuant to the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the present Contempt Petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek revival of the Contempt Petition, subject to the outcome of the Review Application. No costs.
