O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) By earlier order of the Division Bench dated 23.09.2024, cost of Rs.10,000/- was ordered to be paid to the respondent and Rs.5,000/- additional cost has been ordered to be paid to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority.
2. A sum of Rs.10,000/- has already been paid to the respondent and acknowledgment to that effect has been produced before this Court by the learned Additional Advocate General for the petitioners.
3. Insofar as remaining cost of Rs.5,000/- to be paid to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority is concerned, there was a communication gap, therefore, within a week time, it could not be paid 3/7
and hence, the present petition has been filed.
4. Having heard the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the petitioners, this petition is ordered by giving extension of time by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, within which, the cost of Rs.5,000/- shall be paid by the petitioners without any further delay to the Tamil Nadu State Legal Services Authority and file a proof before the Registry.
