Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 5th and 6th respondents to pay the difference of accumulated stipend arrears Amount of Rs.1,20,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Twety thousand Only) for the demand made in the Letter dated 05.09.2023 as per the Revised G.Os - i) G.O (Ms) No 335 Health and Family Welfare (MCA-2) Department dated 29.07.2021 ii) G.O (Ms) No 98 Health and Family Welfare (MCA2) Department dated 25.01.2023 for the service rendered between April 2/5

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the 5th and 6th respondents to pay the difference of accumulated stipend arrears Amount of Rs.1,20,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Twety thousand Only) for the demand made in the Letter dated 05.09.2023 as per the Revised G.Os - i) G.O (Ms) No 335 Health and Family Welfare (MCA-2) Department dated 29.07.2021 ii) G.O (Ms) No 98 Health and Family Welfare (MCA-2) Department dated 25.01.2023 for the service rendered between April 2022 to March 2023 together with interest till date 2.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ 3/5

petition, respondents 5 & 6 are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.09.2023 and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
