ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of free house site patta in favour of the petitioner for the property morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 27.10.2025, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner claims that as per the government scheme, he is entitled for free house site patta. The petitioner had given a representation to the 1st respondent on 27.10.2025 for the aforesaid purpose along with supporting documents. Since the aforesaid representation was not considered by the respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.
3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's representation as stated supra is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any third party as they deem fit.

5. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.
6. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, on the petitioner's representation dated 27.10.2025 seeking for issuance of free house site patta in the name of the petitioner, after giving due consideration to the documents filed by the petitioner and after hearing the objections, if any, from the neighbouring land owners as well as any other third party, whom the 1st respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
