This petition is filed to condone the delay of 158 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.K.Rajkumar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.A.Balasingh Ramanujam, learned counsel for respondent.

The delay is 158 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 158 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
