This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed to amend the third respondent's jurisdiction as Sevaapet Police Station instead of Manavalanagar Police Station in the cause title of the aforementioned writ petition in WP.No.39370 of 2025 dated 17.10.2025 on the file of this Court.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, this writ miscellaneous petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and issue a fresh order copy in WP.No.39370 of dated 17.10.2025.
