This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to settle the contributory pension amount to the petitioner based on the representation dated 15.09.2025 and in view of proceedings of the Assistant Engineer, Gobi Electricity Distribution Circe, South, Anthiyur in Lr.No.Vu.Mi.Po/E/PE/South/Andhi/VA.EH/No.16/23.24 dated 24.04.2023. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.09.2025, on its own merits and in accordance with law, and pass appropriate orders within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
