(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) This petition has been filed seeking a direction for expeditious disposal of the pending appeal before the District Revenue Officer, Tiruppur, the first respondent.

2. Learned State Counsel informs that the appeal is listed for hearing on 28.11.2025.

3. Considering that the appeal itself was filed on 23.08.2025, no time-bound direction can be given in the present case. However, the Appellate Authority may decide the appeal as expeditiously as possible.
