ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing respondents to transfer the petitioner to Tirunelveli or nearby stations pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 23.09.2025 in the light of the GO Ms.No. 10 Personnel and Administrative Reforms (Per-S) Department dated 7.01.1994 corrected by Letter No. 9999/ S/ 99-1 Personnel and Administrative reforms (Per-S) Department dated 12.02.1999 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court

2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 23.09.2025 seeking transfer, in the light of GO Ms.No. 10 Personnel and Administrative Reforms (Per-S) Department dated 07.01.1994, and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and giving him personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
