Respondent(s) Prayer: The writ miscellaneous Petition has been filed under 226 of the Constitution of India, to revoke the order dated 19.09.2025 passed in the above writ petition WPNo.35675 of 2025 on the ground of abuse of process of law and suppression of material facts and perjury by the writ petitioners and initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law and issue direction to the 1st respondent authority not to proceed on the false representation on the basis of the orders obtained by the writ petitioners in the above writ petition and impose exemplary cost on the writ petitioners.

ORDER
The petitioner herein is arrayed as second respondent in W.P.No.35675 of 2025. The learned counsel for the petitioner herein submitted that while disposing the order in the above said writ petition, this Court has passed an order directing the first respondent to consider the petitioners representation dated 11.06.2025. The second respondent is also involving in the subject matter. Hence, this Court may direct the first respondent to give an opportunity to the second respondent while disposing the representation made by the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents herein have not raised any objection in this regard.
3. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to modify the order dated 19.09.2025 in W.P.No.35675 of 2025 is as follows: ''This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on the documents submitted by the 2nd respondent society for renewing the registration of the 2nd respondent society from 1995-1996 to 2023-2024 along with annual reports Form VI Form VII and the resolutions passed in the General Body Meeting within a stipulated time with a consequential direction to the 2nd respondent society not to conduct any General Body Meeting Until an appropriate order is passed by the 1st respondent on each above mentioned documents submitted by the 2nd respondent society.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass appropriate orders within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner's representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Counsel and perused the materials available on record.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.06.2025 and pass orders after providing opportunity to the petitioner as well as the second respondent, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.''
