2. There is no serious objection on the side of the respondent/landlord.
3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and satisfied that the revision could not be filed within the time set out in the statute and the delay is also only four days .
4. In the light of the above, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.
5. Registry is directed to number the revision, if it is otherwise in order and print the name of the respondent/caveator when the revision is listed for admission.
