Mr.S.Mythreye Chandru (in all W.Ps) Special Government Pleader COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to pass orders on the representations submitted by the petitioners, seeking inclusion of their names in the regular panel for promotion to the post of Headmaster in the Higher Secondary School.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3.Admittedly, the panel of the year 2025 for promotion to the post of Headmaster was published on 02.07.2025. The petitioners did not raise any objections at the relevant point of time. After a lapse of four months, the petitioners have now submitted representations seeking inclusion of their names in the panel. Once the seniority list has been published, such a request cannot be entertained. 4.In view of the above, the relief sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted. Thus, the writ petitions lack merits and is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
