This civil miscellaneous petition is filed to permit the petitioner to amend the prayer in the affidavit and petition as HMOP.No.1015 of 2025 instead of HMOP.No.671 of 2025 in the above Tr.CMP.No.729 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, C.M.P.No.27914 of 2025 is ordered.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment.

5. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent seeks time to file counter affidavit in the transfer petition.

6. At his request, list the matter on 25.11.2025 to file counter affidavit if any.
