This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to nd respondent Police and his subordinates not to harass petitioner on the the 2 pretext of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2025. A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA , J.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner is an accused in Crime No.1 of 2025 registered by the second respondent Police. He further submitted that other than searching the petitioner, the respondents are not harassing the petitioner and that this petition has been filed in a preemptive manner.
