ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by The Chief Justice) This petition is filed to vacate the interim stay granted by this Court vide its order dated 29.10.2025.
2. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. The argument that the termination was in breach of contract itself is a disputed question of fact which requires enquiry.
3. The respondent / petitioner in this petition could not dispute that the deficiency in manpower indicated in the show cause notice was correct, but it is submitted that the deficiency is not of that degree which would warrant cancellation of contract.
4. Having considered the submissions, no case for vacating the stay is made out. The petition is dismissed. List the writ appeal for final hearing.
