ORDER
This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 10.02.2023 made in the above CRP.No.2044 of 2018 and restore the same to the file of this Honourable Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also taking note of the fact that when the applications for bringing on record the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent were filed by the petitioner on 06.01.2023, this Court in its order dated 10.02.2023, for noncompliance of the requirements of service of notice on the respondents, had dismissed the revision, and had granted two weeks time to comply with the said requirements, failing which, the revision would stand dismissed automatically without reference to the Court.
4. In view of the filing of the petition to bring on record the legal heirs with the Registry, the order dated 10.02.2023 made in C.R.P.No.2044 of 2018 stands recalled and this petition is ordered as prayed for and the revision petition stands restored.
