This petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 30.04.2025 made in S.A.No.36 of 2021, dismissing the second appeal for non prosecution and to restore the same.

Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, this petition is allowed and the second appeal is restored to file.
