respondent police to comply with the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Guidyatham, Vellore District in Crl.M.P.No.5869 of 2025 dated 16.05.2025.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gudiyatham, by order dated 16.05.2025, in Crl.M.P.No.5869 of 2025, has directed the respondent to conduct an enquiry and to file a final report. However, since no action has been taken by the respondent, the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the order of the learned Magistrate has been complied with and closure report dated 13.10.2025 has been filed.
