ORDER

This application has been filed by the applicant to accept the translated English version of the last Will dated 04.08.2021 executed by late T.V.Saroja in Tamil language.

2. According to the applicant, he filed original petition for grant of Letters of Administration. The Will was executed in Tamil language. As per rules, the translated English version has to be filed along with the Tamil translated copy. Therefore, filed this application.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit and facts and circumstances of the case, it is appropriate to allow this application. Accordingly, this application is allowed.

4. The Registry is directed to number the original petition, if it is otherwise in order.
