ORDER
This petition has been filed by the subsequent purchaser seeking to implead them as a respondent in the writ petition.
2.The petitioner herein being the subsequent purchaser, this Court is of the prima facie view that the petitioner is a necessary party for effective adjudication of this writ petition.
3.Even though the writ petitioner raised objection for allowing the impleading petition, no prejudice will be caused to him if he is allowed to raise all objections with regard to the impleadment of petitioner herein as a party respondent in the main writ petition.
4.Accordingly this petition is allowed as prayed for without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the writ petitioner to raise all objections with regard to the impleadment of the petitioner herein as a party respondent in the main writ petition.
5.The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main writ petition.
6.The newly impleaded respondent is directed to file counter. 7.Issue fresh notice to the respondents 7 & 8, returnable by 03.02.2026. Private notice is also permitted.
8.Post the matter on 03.02.2026.
