This writ petition has been filed for direction directing the second and third respondents to consider the representations dated 08.05.2025 and 30.04.2025 & 01.09.2025 of the first and second petitioners respectively and regularise the services of the petitioners in the post of Assistant Technical Officer with effect from the date of their original appointment with continuity of service.
2. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the second and third respondents are directed to consider the representations dated 08.05.2025 and 30.04.2025 & 01.09.2025 made by the first and second petitioners respectively seeking to regularise their services in the 2/4
post of Assistant Technical Officer with effect from the date of their original appointment with continuity of service and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
