PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records in connection with the proceedings bearing references of the wrongful classification of the Borrower's OD Loan Account as NPA - Non Performing Asset dated 30.09.2018 issued by the 1st respondent Bank and set aside the order of SA 31/2025 dated 09.07.2025 and order the registration of the auction-sold property and any subsequent registrations and MODs done by 2nd respondent Sub-Registrar as null and void.

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. Though number of grounds have been raised to assail the order in question passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, we are of the view that in the absence of any extraordinary ground made out, the
petitioner should take recourse of alternative remedy of statutory appeal before the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal.
