ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the respondent herein filed a suit seeking bare injunction against the petitioners. In the said suit, the petitioner was set ex-parte on 09.08.2023. Hence, the 1/4
application was filed by the petitioner in I.A.No.4 of 2024 to set aside the ex-parte order passed against him. Though the said application was preferred and posted for filing counter as early as on 28.08.2024, till date, the same has not been disposed of. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
2. The instant application is only to set aside the ex-parte order passed against the petitioners and the same was numbered in August 2024. However, till date, the same was not disposed of. Taking into consideration the nature of relief sought for in I.A.No.4 of 2024 and the time taken for disposing of said I.A., this Court is inclined to direct the trial Court to dispose of the case as expeditiously as possible.
