O RDER This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the second respondent with No.6794/IGMC and RI/Estt./A1/2025 dated 07.10.2025 in respect of the notification calling for applications for filling up 226 vacancies of Nursing Officer and to quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to absorb the petitioners to the post of Nursing Officer (erstwhile post of Staff Nurse), with effect from 04.09.2020, the date on which the petitioners were appointed with all other consequential benefits.
2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are at liberty to submit a representation before the second respondent and on receipt of such representation, the second respondent is directed to consider the same
and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the representation.
