This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to issue suitable directions to the Competent Authority to pass orders for giving effect post up-gradation together with pay on par with the petitioner's junior in Finance Department in furtherance to implementation of the orders issued by the State Government in G.O.Ms.No.31, P & AR (U.Spl) Department, dated 01.03.2017 and consequent to the Government U.O.Note No.37433/U.spl/2013-33, P & AR Department, dated 04.07.2017 by taking note
of the orders passed in Contempt Petition No.2233 of 2018 dated 08.12.2023 and in Writ petition No.39956 of 2025 dated 25.10.2025. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3.Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to issue directions to the Competent Authority to consider the case of the petitioners and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
