ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's lands morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition.

2. The petitioner claims that he is the owner of the lands in question. He has submitted an application dated 03.10.2025 with the respondents seeking to survey and demarcate the boundaries pertaining to the aforesaid properties. Since the said application has not been considered till date, he has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He has not raised any serious objection for issuing a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.10.2025 seeking to survey and demarcate the subject lands within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the respondents are directed to issue notice to the neighbouring land owners, and also to any other party, if they deem fit to __________Page 2 of 4

put on notice.

(b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the respondents shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully descried in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
