The present Writ Petition (Criminal) has been filed seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to take appropriate action against respondents 4 to 9, based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 06.10.2025.
The case of the petitioner is that he has given a complaint to the first respondent on 06.10.2025 and pursuant to the same, he appeared before the second respondent on 25.10.2025 on receipt of summons and thereafter, despite he furnishing all the documents, no enquiry was conducted by the respondent Police so far. Therefore, the present petition has been filed.
Per contra, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner to the first respondent 2/4
was forwarded to the second respondent, who in turn is conducting enquiry in C.No.371 of 2025 and that pursuant to the same, summons was issued in 1.G3/SPGDP/E-11887421/223/2025 directing the petitioner to appear on 25.10.2025. He further submitted that the second respondent Police will complete the enquiry and dispose of the complaint at the earliest. 4.
Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Writ Petition (Criminal) stands disposed of directing the second respondent to dispose of C.No.371 of 2025, based on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.10.2025, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
