Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal petitions, (i) dated 17.06.2025 against the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Ku.No.TNSTC/SLM/DS-6092/INFO30/D6-832/2023-702 dated 16.11.2023 stoppage of increments for a period of one year with cumulative effect; (ii) dated 17.06.2025 against the order passed by the 2nd respondent in Ku.No.466-113-D-6-TNSTC (Salem) - 2024 dated 30.08.2024 stoppage of increments for a period of three months without cumulative effect; (iii) dated 19.06.2025 against the order passed by the 2nd respondent in
Ku.No.253-4599-D6-TNSTC (Salem) - 2025 dated 31.05.2025 stoppage of increments for a period of three months without cumulative effect; filed by the petitioner.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to dispose of three appeals preferred by the petitioner, challenging the orders of stoppage of increment for a period of three months without cumulative effect, passed by the second respondent vide order dated 16.11.2023 in Ku.No.TNSTC/SLM/DS-6092/INFO30/D6-832/2023-702; order dated 30.08.2024 in Ku.No.466-113-D-6-TNSTC (Salem) - 2024 ; order dated 31.05.2025 in Ku.No.253-4599-D6-TNSTC (Salem) - 2025, and the corresponding appeal filed on 17.06.2025, 17.06.2025 and 19.06.2025 respectively, are pending disposal before the second respondent. 2.
Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to conduct a detailed enquiry into the appeals preferred by the petitioner, after affording due opportunity of hearing to all the parties concerned, and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
