O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to deduct the EMI from the petitioner's salary and to refund the excess amount already deducted from his salary, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 11.08.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.
3. The petitioner is working as a Sanitary Worker in the first respondent Corporation and had availed a loan to the tune of Rs.1,50,000/- from the second respondent. The petitioner was required to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- towards repayment from his monthly salary. According to the petitioner, he had repaid the entire loan amount, yet deductions continue to be made from his salary. Hence, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 2/4
11.08.2025. As the same did not evoke any response, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing of this Writ Petition.

In view of the above, the respondents are directed to verify the statement of accounts and if any amount due from the petitioner, the respondents are entitled to deduct the same from his salary as per the agreement. If the entire loan amount has already been recovered from the petitioner, the respondents are directed to close the loan account and disburse the petitioner's full salary without any further deduction.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs. 17.11.2025 Index:Yes/No kv 3/4
