This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.8707 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.7662 of 2025 dated 28.04.2025 passed by this Court to appear before the respondent police 1/4

twice a month, i.e., on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 3, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.8707 of 2025 in Crl.OP.No.7662 of 2025 dated 28.04.2025, is is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. 4.
