For non-compliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.6781 of 2025 dated 31.01.2025, contempt petition was filed and based on the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, the contempt petition was closed on 02.04.2025 and since the order was not complied, the petitioner has filed this sub application seeking to re-open the contempt. 2.It is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader that challenging the order dated 31.01.2025 in W.P.No.6781 of 2025, the respondent

has filed W.A.No.3555 of 2025 and the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has passed the following order on 24.11.2025: 'List the appeal along with W.A.No.1342 of 2025. No coercive steps, in the meanwhile, shall be undertaken pursuant to the impugned order.' 3.In view of the above, there arise no necessity to re-open the contempt. Hence, this sub application is closed.
