This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 417 days in filing the Criminal Appeal praying to set aside the judgment dated 05.07.2024 made in Spl.C.C.No. 44 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Coimbatore.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 417 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
