ORDER

This application has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.No.1396 of 2025 on 16.09.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to report before the second respondent police on the 1 st and 15 th day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until

further orders.
