O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to transfer the investigation from the 1st respondent to the 2nd respondent to conduct a fair, proper and independent investigation on the petitioner's complaint in CSR No.301/2025 and further direct the 2nd respondent to conclude the investigation as early as possible or within the time to be fixed by this Court.

2.The case of the petitioner is that an amount of Rs.5 lakhs deposited by her husband for their son's marriage on 20.06.2025 before the 3rd respondent Bank was fraudulently withdrawn on the same day without their knowledge and hence, a complaint was given to the 3rd respondent. Though the 1st respondent, has taken the case on file in CSR.No.301/2025 on 14.10.2025, he has not proceeded further and thereby this petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation from the file of the 1st respondent to the file of the 2nd respondent to conduct a fair and proper investigation in CSR.No.301/2025.

3. When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate 2/4

(Crl.Side) would state that like the petitioner, fraud has been committed in respect of some other persons also who had deposited the amount in the 3rd respondent Bank and the 3rd respondent Bank had given a consolidated complaint in respect of the fraudulent activities to Central Crime Branch. Since the petitioner is also maintaining the account in the same Bank, the complaint of the petitioner was transferred to the file of Central Crime Branch and investigation is going on in accordance with law.
