This Writ Petition has been filed for seeking a direction to the respondents to regularize the petitioner's service on permanent in the Primary Health Centre at Anaicut, Vellore District based on his representation dated 28.03.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Upon perusal of records, it is seen that the petitioner was originally engaged as a Cholera Mazdor on 02.09.1994 and has been continuing in the same post. In the meantime, the petitioner submitted several representations seeking regularization of his service. However, his requests were rejected on multiple occasions. Recently, the petitioner's representation was rejected on 08.04.2024, pursuant to the directions issued by this Court in W.P.No.30953 of 2023 dated 31.10.2023. Instead of challenging the said order, the petitioner once again submitted a fresh representation and thereafter filed the present Writ Petition.

4. In view of the above facts, the relief sought for in this Writ Petition cannot be granted and this Writ Petition is devoid of merits. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. 17.11.2025 Index:Yes/No kv 3/4
