O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner/defacto complainant seeking cancellation of the bail granted to the 2 nd respondent in Crl.O.P.No.2472 of 2024 dated 25.06.2024 on the ground that, this Court while granting anticipatory bail imposed a condition for the 2 nd respondent herein to deposit Rs.50,000/- to the credit of Crime Number and the same has not been complied and subsequently other conditions also not been complied.

2. Today, the learned counsel for the 2 nd respondent submitted that, since there was an error in the satisfaction Court described in the order the petitioner has not complied the conditions. He further submitted that, now the petitioner is ready to deposit the said amount. Hence, he prayed of suitable order.

3. Considering the above submissions, this Court grants two weeks time from 2/5

the date of receipt of copy of the order to comply the conditions imposed in Crl.O.P.No.2472 of 2024 dated 25.06.2024, failing which, the anticipatory bail shall stands automatically cancelled. Further, the satisfaction Court in the order dated 25.06.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.2472 of 2024 is modified as Judicial Magistrate No.3, Tiruppur.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is closed.
