ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to rectify the measurements in the patta that has been issued in Patta No.133 with respect to the subject property based on the representation made by the petitioner on 17.9.2025.

2.Heard Ms.D.Sangamithra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate for R1 to R3. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 17.9.2025, on its own merits and in accordance with law and issue necessary proceedings within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
