2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner have not been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submission and the nature of offence the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28384 of 2025 dated 16.10.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on first Monday of every English Month calendar at 10.30.a.m., for a period of three months.
