The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to Principal Subordinate Court, Hosur, to dispose of the suit in O.P.No.174 of 2021, within time stipulated by this Court.

The petitioner herein filed a suit seeking recovery of arrears of rent and delivery of possession. The suit is of the year 2021. A perusal of the adjudication sheet filed in the typed-set of papers would indicate written statement of the defendants was filed as early as on 30.03.2022 and thereafter the suit has been adjourned from time to time for framing of issues. Since pleadings are completed and there is no substantial progress in the suit from the year 2022, this Court is inclined to direct the Principal Subordinate Court, Hosur, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.174 of 2021, as expeditiously as possible.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
