ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No.266 of 2025 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent to any other agency like CBCID.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the case has been referred as 'further action dropped' and steps have been taken to serve the RCS notice on the de facto complainant.
